Currently active are four ECMM working groups:

• Epidemiological survey on Zygomycosis in Europe. Coordinator Gеorge Petrikkos (Greece)
• Candida infections in ICU surgical patients in Europe. Coordinator Lena Klingspor (Sweden)
• Survey of Infections due to Fusarium species in Europe. Coordinator Anna Maria Tortorano (Italy)
• Survey of Coccidioidomycosis in Europe. Coordinator Bertran Dupont (France)

The joint working groups on Pseudallescheria/Scedosporium infections was formed by ECMM and ISHAM

New Working Groups may be proposed by ECMM council each year.
